No Returns – Refunds Only

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances. This policy protects your health, safety, and privacy.

However, if your product does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund without returning the item.


How to Request a Refund

If you’re not satisfied with your order:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

  3. If your product arrived damaged or defective, please attach a clear photo for verification.

Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


Important Details

  • Refunds are available only once per order.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible.

  • All refund requests are handled confidentially and discreetly.
